Factors considered in the selection of winners include: Training tied to business objectives, Demonstrable results, Number of trainers, Employee turnover and retention, Leadership development, Tuition assistance, training technololgy and infrastructure, Certification, and Training budget and percentage of payroll. Non construction companies recognized by the magazine included Microsoft, Cisco, Verizon, Wells Fargo, Capital One, and many other well known organizations. We applaud our collegues for their accomplishment!
